Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential HVAC systems.
  • EPA Certification.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Clean criminal history and driving record; ability to pass a drug test.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday
  • Rotating participation for on-call emergencies, overtime, and weekend availability.
  • Ability to commute to Hyde Park, MA (required).
