As an HVAC/Plumbing Technician Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our close-knit group, contributing to our tradition of excellence and fostering a positive work environment, all while growing your skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior HVAC and plumbing technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting HVAC and plumbing issues, providing solutions under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects, balancing technical expertise with a positive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in the assembly and installation of HVAC and plumbing components, including ductwork, pipes, and fixtures, with a focus on precision and quality.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on various systems, showcasing attention to detail and technical proficiency.
- Oversee and organize the shop and warehouse, ensuring a seamless flow of materials for ongoing projects within the close-knit atmosphere of our small family-owned company.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools and equipment, emphasizing the importance of having the right resources readily available.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment, prioritizing the well-being of our team members.
- Provide excellent customer service, reflecting the values of our family-owned business, and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.
- Learn and apply industry standards and best practices, contributing to both personal growth and the success of our collaborative team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, with a strong desire to expand technical skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
