A mini-split system – also known as a ductless heat pump – is an energy-efficient heating and cooling system. It includes an outdoor compressor and one or more indoor units. During the winter, the compressor extracts heat from the outdoor air and transfers it inside to provide heating. During the summer, it reverses the process to cool your space. Mini-splits can be used to supplement or replace an existing heating system. Qualifying systems receive up to a $10,000 rebate from Mass Save!
